The Agrisolare Park Tender is an incentive measure promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF) and funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), with the aim of fostering the energy transition of Italian agricultural, livestock, and agro-industrial enterprises. The operational management of the measure is entrusted to the Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE), which handles the processing of applications, controls, and the disbursement of grants.
The program incentivizes the installation of photovoltaic systems installed exclusively on the roofs of production buildings, avoiding the consumption of new agricultural land and contributing to the reduction of corporate energy costs. The objective is to increase the self-production of energy from renewable sources, improve the competitiveness of businesses, and support the achievement of national decarbonization targets.
In addition to the installation of photovoltaic systems, the Tender also finances complementary interventions aimed at the energy efficiency of buildings, including the removal and disposal of roofs containing asbestos or eternit, roof reconstruction, thermal insulation, ventilation improvement, and the installation of energy storage systems and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, provided they are strictly connected to the energy project.
The measure provides for the granting of non-repayable grants, the intensity of which varies according to the type of business, the size of the investment, and the conditions laid down in the public Notice. For agricultural enterprises operating in primary production, the contribution can reach up to 80% of eligible expenses, making the Agrisolare Park Tender one of the main public support instruments for investments in sustainability and energy efficiency in the agricultural sector.
Scaling Super Heero, besides being an opportunity for cooperation and involvement for investors, is a streamlined model designed to facilitate businesses' access to the energy transition through a single integrated solution for all necessary phases, including: consultancy, energy audit, technical design, fundraising, marketing campaign, on-site efficiency-redevelopment interventions, and monitoring!
An innovative high-impact project for investors, businesses, and the community.

It is worth emphasizing that these yield spreads compared to benchmark indices, while currently high, tend to decrease in line with the general evolution of interest rates. Consequently, opportunities of this type may become less frequent in the future, in a context where market yields are progressively realigning downwards. Understanding this scenario is essential to align return expectations with the new macroeconomic reality, in which positive impact projects will continue to stand out for their ability to generate value beyond financial returns.

The Luce in Veneto Business Network is the owner of the property where the energy efficiency works will be carried out. Please refer to the "Contractual Structure" section to learn more about the contractual model between the parties.
The site of the intervention, the "Light Design Village" (LDV), was born as a regeneration project within the barchessa of the Venetian Villa Ca’ Marcello, where an underutilized warehouse is being transformed into a shared laboratory and center for the culture of light. On July 10, 2025, with the official opening of the construction site and the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the first spark was lit for a journey that intertwines training, research, and experimentation. The LDV is designed as a living and inclusive place, capable of connecting designers, businesses, students, and institutions around a common vision: light as a design material, language, and method. It is not just a physical space, but a cultural ecosystem that opens new possibilities for design and the territory, creating community and new connections. Led by the Luce in Veneto Business Network under the artistic direction of architect Silvia Codato, the Light Design Village becomes a symbol of innovation and collaboration, moving toward new horizons. The works have already begun, and the spaces are expected to be inaugurated in July 2026, bringing this portion of the historic building from class G to A1. A video of the project rendering is included below.

Evaluation of Energy Impact and Environmental Benefits Generated
In compliance with the environmental sustainability principles promoted by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) and the decarbonization targets set by the European Green Deal, an assessment has been carried out on the energy and environmental impacts resulting from the energy redevelopment intervention planned at the operational headquarters of Gli Aceri di Omate S.r.l. Società Agricola, admitted to the benefits of the Agrisolare Park Tender.
The intervention involves the installation of a 39.36 kWp photovoltaic system, the installation of a 40 kWh electrochemical storage system, the provision of an electric vehicle charging station, and the renovation of the building's roof with simultaneous asbestos remediation. The integration of these works allows for a significant increase in the self-production of energy from renewable sources, a reduction in electricity drawn from the national grid, and an improvement in the overall energy efficiency of the production site.
The impact analysis was developed considering the main environmental benefits associated with the project:
• Renewable energy production through a photovoltaic system installed exclusively on the roof of the building, in line with the objectives of the Agrisolare Park Tender to avoid the consumption of new agricultural land.
• Increase in energy self-consumption thanks to the storage system, which maximizes the local use of the energy produced, reducing grid drawdowns and improving the company's energy autonomy.
• Building redevelopment of the roof through the removal and proper disposal of sheets containing asbestos, with a resulting improvement in the safety conditions of the building, an increase in the building's energy performance, and a reduction in long-term maintenance costs.
• Reduction of climate-changing emissions, resulting from the replacement of electricity drawn from the grid with energy produced from solar sources, evaluated by applying the emission factors of the national electricity mix published by ISPRA and Terna.
The environmental assessment of the project was developed using conservative criteria and referring to the main national and European institutional sources, including:
Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF), regarding the technical requirements and objectives of the Agrisolare Park Tender within the NRRP.
ISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) and Terna, for the emission factors of the national electricity mix used to quantify the reduction in CO₂ emissions associated with energy production from photovoltaic sources.
Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission, the European Environment Agency (EEA), and the IPCC methodology, for the evaluation criteria of environmental impacts and equivalences in terms of avoided emissions.
The combination of these interventions allows for an increase in the environmental sustainability of the company's business, improves the energy efficiency of the property, reduces dependence on fossil fuels, and concretely contributes to the European goals of ecological transition and decarbonization of the agricultural sector.
These values correspond to the following environmental benefits, calculated according to conservative criteria:
